Frequently asked questions
Yes. Every key we sell is a real, activatable license, and the listing tells you which license type you’re buying.
By email, to the address you use at checkout. Most orders go out within minutes, and all orders within one business day.
That depends on the license type. Retail keys can usually be moved to a new device after you deactivate the old one; OEM keys stay tied to the original device. Each listing states which applies.
Contact us with your order number. We’ll troubleshoot the activation, or replace the key if it’s faulty.
License resale rules differ by region and license type, for example between the EU and the US. We only sell keys we can legitimately transfer, but if this matters for your situation, check your local rules.
If your key doesn’t activate, contact us first with your order number. We’ll help with activation or, if the key turns out to be invalid or can’t be used for the product you bought, provide a replacement or, where applicable, a refund. If you bought the wrong product or ordered twice, contact us as soon as possible: if the key hasn’t been delivered or used, we may be able to cancel the order. Full details are in our Refund Policy, and your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
