If your license key doesn’t activate, please contact Keymsnio Support first, with your order number, the product, the email address used for the order and the activation error. We’ll investigate and, where appropriate, help with activation or provide a replacement key.
If we find that a key is invalid or can’t be used for the product you bought, we’ll resolve it with a replacement or, where applicable, a refund.
Other situations
- Wrong product or duplicate order: contact us as soon as possible. If the key hasn’t been delivered or used, we may be able to cancel the order.
- Change of mind: because these are digital products, cancellation rights may be affected once delivery begins, except where the law provides otherwise.
- Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.
