1. Digital Products
Keymsnio sells digital software license keys.
Because license keys are digital products that may be delivered electronically, customers should carefully review the product description and compatibility information before completing their purchase.
2. Activation Problems
If a purchased license key does not activate as expected, please contact Keymsnio Support before requesting a refund.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Product purchased
- Email address used for the order
- Activation error or message
- Any relevant information requested by our support team
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide activation assistance or a replacement license key.
3. Invalid or Non-Working Keys
If we determine that a supplied license key is invalid or cannot be used for the product purchased, we will seek to resolve the issue by providing an appropriate replacement or, where applicable, issuing a refund.
4. Incorrect Product Purchased
Customers are responsible for checking the product edition and compatibility before purchasing.
If you purchase the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where the key has not been delivered, activated, redeemed, or otherwise used, we may be able to cancel the order.
Once a digital license key has been delivered and/or used, cancellation may not be possible except where required by applicable law.
5. Change of Mind
Because our products are digital products, the right to cancel a purchase may be affected once digital delivery or performance begins.
Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal, Keymsnio will follow those requirements.
For customers subject to EU consumer rules, digital-content withdrawal rights can cease once digital performance begins where the customer has provided the required prior express consent and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
If an additional license has not been delivered or used, we will review the situation and determine whether the duplicate order can be cancelled or refunded.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible.
Processing times may depend on the payment provider.
8. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
We reserve the right to investigate transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or otherwise suspicious.
Refunds relating to fraudulent transactions may be handled according to the applicable payment provider’s procedures and applicable law.
9. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If applicable law gives you a right to a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy, that right remains unaffected.
