We&rsquo;ll investigate and, where appropriate, help with activation or provide a replacement key.<\/p>\n<p>If we find that a key is invalid or can&rsquo;t be used for the product you bought, we&rsquo;ll resolve it with a replacement or, where applicable, a refund.<\/p>\n<h2>Other situations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wrong product or duplicate order:<\/strong> contact us as soon as possible. If the key hasn&rsquo;t been delivered or used, we may be able to cancel the order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Change of mind:<\/strong> because these are digital products, cancellation rights may be affected once delivery begins, except where the law provides otherwise.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Approved refunds<\/strong> are normally returned through the original payment method.
