If a key doesn’t work and troubleshooting shows the problem is with the key itself, for example it’s rejected as invalid or already in use, we’ll replace it.

- your order number
- a screenshot of the activation error
- the product and edition installed on your device
If the problem comes from a different edition being installed than the one you bought, the fix is usually to install the matching edition. See Product key does not match the installed version.
