- Check your internet connection, and try a different network if possible.
- Try another browser, or clear your browser’s cache.
- Make sure you have enough free disk space.
- Check that you’re downloading the right version for your device (Windows or Mac, 64-bit or 32-bit).
- For a Windows installation, use a USB drive of at least 8 GB. See How to install Windows.
- Restart your computer and run the installer again.
